Thanks to the service of human resources and payroll we can offer our clients a fully integrated, external human resource, which allows us to reduce the costs and a full range of use in the services of HR.

Before we sign a business contract, on our cost we analyse the worth and safety of this kind of investment for our clients. PŁACE
 

– Net payroll including additions and deductions
– Calculating social security contributions and income tax
– Sharing data for accounting
– Customer communication and document payslips RMUA
– Creating reports in the field of wages
– Issuing certificates
– Creating declarations to the authorities in the form of social security
– Staff support during work

Once a year:
– Preparations of tax declarations
– Providing documents (PIT) for clients and the authorities PIT
– Other services outside the package are negotiated individually


STAFF
 


– Preparation of documents required to change conditions of employment and employment itself
– Reporting and making changes to employees and family members in social security
– Controlling employee files and personal statistics (within the law)
– Preparing documents in relation of contracts of civil laws
– Contacts with PIP, social security, CSO, and other institutions
– Conducting statements for leave of absence
– Foreigner employment (extra charge)
– Negotiations and mediations with professional relations
– Watching deadlines of doctor tests and safety
